What payment method can I use?

We offer the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Bancontact, UnionPay, Bancontact, PayPal, Ideal, Apple and Google Pay.

We also accept bank transfer (SEPA) within the EU.  If you prefer to pay by bank transfer please contact us on info@marliesbleeker.com.

My credit card is being refused. Why?

Your credit card might be refused for any of the following reasons:

• The card may have expired.

• You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.

• You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check you have entered all the required fields correctly.

• Your card is not accepted in other continents. Please contact your bank to make this possible.

Can I change my order after its confirmation?

Please contact us at info@marliesbleeker.com as soon as possible in order for us to change or cancel your order.

Delivery & Returns
How much is the shipping cost?

Marlies Bleeker | Brussels offers free shipping on purchase orders of > 200€. For orders below 200€ we charge 10€ per order.

Returns are free on all orders.

What is the estimated time of delivery?

Marlies Bleeker | Brussels will process every order as quick as possible to deliver your products within five (5) business days after the order confirmation. Mostly we will ship within 2 days. However, this delivery period is indicative and we cannot give guarantees in this respect.

Do you ship to my country?

At this stage we only ship to EU-countries

How do I return my order?

Unfortunately, at this stage we cannot process a return automatically.

To begin a return or exchange, please email info@marliesbleeker.com with your Order # in the Subject line and reason for return.
